What it does

DataVision AI lets you ask plain-English questions about your leads, campaigns, conversions, and pipeline — no SQL required. Type a question in the box below, or click one of the suggested prompts to get started.

Conversations

• New conversation starts a fresh chat.
• History lets you revisit and reopen past conversations.

Your account

The menu in the top-right shows your account email and lets you change your password, open the admin panel (if you have access), or log out. The badge next to the green status dot shows whether DataVision is connected to the database.

Personal information

Managers and admins can opt in to include personal information in answers using the toggle above the message box. It's off by default to keep results privacy-safe.

1. Ask a question

Type a plain-English question into the message box at the bottom of the screen, or click one of the suggestion chips above it to get started right away.

2. Keep the conversation going

Follow-up questions stay in the same conversation and can build on earlier answers. Click New conversation when you want to switch to a new topic.

3. Find past conversations

Click History to reopen and review earlier conversations.

4. See how an answer was built

Responses that queried the database show an Explain Query button — click it to see the underlying query that produced the answer.

5. Personal information

Managers and admins can turn on Include personal information above the message box before asking a question that needs PII in the answer. It's off by default to keep results privacy-safe.

6. Check the connection

The badge in the top-right of the header shows whether DataVision is currently connected to the database.

Lead & funnel data

• Lead records — form submissions, submission dates, platforms, source URLs, form types, geographic data (city, state/region, postal code), and site (US, Canada, UK)
• Funnel stages — tracking each lead through: Received → Prequalified → Qualified Lead (QL) → Contacted → Retainer Sent → Retainer Signed → Approved
• Retainer activity — when retainers were sent, signed, and approved
• Rejections — turned-down leads, rejection reasons, rejection dates, and free-text notes
• Lead quality — data completeness scores, missing fields, invalid identifiers
• Form responses — individual question/answer pairs submitted by leads
• Lead attachments — uploaded documents linked to leads

Campaign data

• Campaign details — names, case types (e.g. MVA, Mass Tort), pipeline stage, marketing status, country, state jurisdiction
• Client/law firm info — account names, owner/rep names, co-counsel firms
• Campaign performance — total leads, qualified leads, leads in the last 365 days, lead goals, deal values
• Daily and monthly lead totals — pre-aggregated counts per campaign
• Contract and closing dates

Intake & call center data

• Intake entities — which call centers or partners are handling leads
• Case statuses — e.g. Not Contacted, Retainer Sent, Retainer Signed, Approved, Non-Lead
• Contact activity — number of contact attempts, first call dates
• Signed case validation errors — failed submissions from intake partners

Reporting & analytics (database)

• Funnel conversion rates — stage-by-stage conversion metrics, daily and monthly
• Rejection reason breakdowns — monthly trends by rejection type
• Lead quality reports — periodic snapshots of data completeness across all leads
• Campaign-level monthly rollups — lead and qualification counts over time

Website traffic & marketing (Google Analytics 4)

• Sessions and users — traffic volume, active users, engagement rates
• Traffic sources — organic, paid, referral, direct, social, email
• Marketing campaigns — campaign-level session and conversion data
• Page-level data — pageviews, top pages, form pages
• Device breakdown — desktop vs. mobile vs. tablet
• On-site events and conversions — form submissions, clicks, and other tracked events
• Geographic data — sessions by city or country
• Real-time traffic — active users and activity in the last ~30 minutes

Email marketing (ActiveCampaign)

• Contact records — synced contacts with region info
• Email lists — list names and creation dates
• Subscriptions — which contacts are subscribed or unsubscribed to which lists, and when

System & infrastructure (internal ops)

• ETL job history — job names, success/failure, duration, error details
• Inbound/outbound API requests — request logs, status codes, response times, error flags
• Health monitoring — uptime checks, incidents, severity levels, and resolution history for internal and external services
• Schema migrations — history of database changes

User & access management

• User accounts — usernames, roles, statuses, auth providers
• Access control — which users have access to which campaigns
• Roles and permissions — RBAC role definitions

Reference data

• Regions — full list of US states, Canadian provinces, and other territories with country and region codes

A few important notes

• Personal information (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, IP addresses) is redacted by default. Enable the "Include personal information" option and re-ask if you need it.
• Test leads are excluded from all standard reports unless asked for specifically.
• Soft-deleted leads are also excluded by default.
• For very large tables (like raw lead or GA4 data), filters are applied to keep queries efficient and within safe limits.
